This Tomato Pepper Sauce is made with vine tomatoes, red pepper, garlic, ginger and some other ingredients.

Cooking Time: Appr. 5 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 People

Tomato Pepper Sauce

Ingredients:

2 large vine tomatoes
1 red pepper (capsicum)
2 green chillies
2 garlic cloves
½ inch ginger
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the tomatoes and red pepper (capsicum).

2. Chop the chillies and garlic cloves.

3. Peel the ginger and chop it.

4. Take chopped tomatoes, chopped red pepper (capsicum), chopped red chillies, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, salt, crushed black pepper, chopped garlic and chopped ginger with some water in a food processor or blender to make smooth paste.

5. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the tomato red pepper sauce paste and bring it to boil. Add the water, if you water thin tomato pepper sauce. Let the tomato red pepper sauce simmer for 5 mins.

Serve tomato pepper sauce with anything you like.
