Tomato Dipping Sauce is an easy tomato dip made with chopped spring onions and with dash of Worcester sauce.

Cooking Time: Appr. 15 Minutes
Serves: 3-4 People

Tomato Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

1 cup tomato pulp
2-3 stalks of spring onions
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon Worcester sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Freshly crushed black pepper to taste
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the garlic clove and spring onions.

2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chopped garlic. Stir for a minute.

3. Add the chopped spring onions. Stir and cook for 2 mins.

4. Add the tomato pulp and cook for 3-4 mins.

5. Add the lemon juice, Worcester sauce, salt and sugar. Simmer for 2-3 mins. Stir the tomato dipping sauce in between.

6. Add the freshly crushed black pepper and simmer for further 5 mins. Stir the tomato dipping sauce in between.

7. Finally turn the heat off and let the tomato dipping sauce cools off.

Serve tomato dipping sauce with your choice of appetizer.
