Dry Vegetarian Manchurian Recipe is a Chinese recipe but we are cooking here with a twist of indian flavour. Veg Manchurian Recipe is cooked in two ways, dry or with gravy. Here is Vegetarian Manchurian Dry Recipe which is a great starter alternative for vegetarian people.

Cooking Time: App. 30 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 People

Veg Manchurian RecipeIngredients:

Vegetable ManchurianFor Veg Manchurian:

½ White cabbage
1 cup of plain flour
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon mixed herb (dried)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon black pepper powder (crushed)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Vegetable ManchurianFor Garnishing:

1 tablespoon oil
1 bunch of spring onion
2 medium size onions
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon chilli sauce
3 tablespoon soya sauce
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

Veg Manchurian Recipe1. Grate the cabbage.

2. Take grated cabbage in one bowl; add plain flour, corn flour, mixed herb, soya sauce, chilli sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, crushed black pepper powder, oil, sugar and salt. Mix it properly.

3. Make small veg manchurian balls like 1st picture.

2. Heat the oil in pan and deep fry all veg manchurian. Finish frying all mix. Use kitchen roll to avoid extra grease from fried Manchurian. See the fried vegetable manchurian in 2nd picture on right side.

3. Chop the onions, spring onion and mince Garlic clove.

4. Heat the oil in pan. Add chopped spring white and chopped onion, cook until onion are transparent.

5. Add soya sauce, salt, sugar, chilli sauce and cook it for 2-4 mins.

6. Add all Veg Manchurian, keep stirring and cook it for 3-4 mins.

7. Add spring onions greens and stir and mix it properly.

8. Finally turn off the heat.

Serve dry veg manchurian recipe as a side or main dish.

Dry Chicken Manchurian is a Chinese recipe with a twist. Chicken Manchurian is cooked in two ways, dry or with gravy. Dry Chicken Manchurian is a great starter for any meal.

Cooking time: App. 20 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Dry Chicken Manchurian

Ingredients:

250 gram chicken breast cut in small pieces
2 tablespoon plain flour
½ teaspoon mixed herb (dried)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon black pepper (crushed)
1 tablespoon oil to fry chicken manchurian
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 bunch of spring onion
1 green pepper (capsicum)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Take chicken in one bowl; add plain flour, mixed herb, soya sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, crushed black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and Mix it properly.

2. Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in pan, add chicken in the pan. Cook it for 10 mins until chicken is cooked properly. See the 1st picture. If you like crunchy chicken, cook it for few more extra mins.

3. Chop the spring onions (seperate whites and greens), diced pepper and Garlic cloves in small pieces.

4. Heat the oil in the pan or wok. Add spring onion whites cook it for 2 mins. Now add soya sauce, salt and cook it for 2 mins. Now add garlic and capsicum and cook for another 2 mins.

5. Add all chicken and cook this dry chicken manchurian for 5 mins.

6. Finally turn off the heat and garnish dry chicken manchurian recipe with spring onion greens.

Serve dry chicken manchurian dry hot as a starter or main dish.
