Sundried Tomato Sandwich With Green Olives is toasted sundried tomato sandwich along with olives and grated cheese.

Cooking Time: Appr. 5 Minutes
Serves: 2 people

Sundried Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:

6 slices of bread
15 green olives
12 slices of sundried tomatoes
½ cup of grated cheese
Freshly crushed black pepper to taste

Sundried Tomato Sandwich With Green Olives

Cooking Method:

1. Toast the breads in the toaster.

2. Cut the olives in rings. Cut the sundried tomatoes in small or medium. You can add sundried tomato slices as it is, it is up to you.

3. Season the two toasts with freshly crushed black pepper.

4. Take four toasts to top up, now place the olive rings on the toast evenly, leaving some gap for sundried tomatoes. Place the sundried tomato pieces or slices (3 slices on each toast) over the olive rings or over it. Finish topping all four toasts.

5. Cover the grated cheese evenly. Place the filled toast over another filled toast and place the plain toast over it. Finish with second sundried tomato sandwich.

6. Grill the sundried tomato sandwich in the healthy grill or in the sandwich toaster for 2-3 mins.

Serve sundried tomato sandwich warm with chutney, dip, cup of tea or coffee or as it is.
