Stuffed Flat Mushrooms are very delicious appetizers as they have stuffed with olives, sundried tomatoes, sunblush cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese.

Cooking Time: Appr. 20 Minutes
Serves: 3 People

Stuffed Flat Mushrooms

Ingredients:

3 large flat mushroom or portabella mushroom
4 garlic cloves
2 green olives
2 red olives
2-3 sundried tomato slices
4 slice of sunblush cherry tomato
1 handful bread crumbs
2 cubes of feta cheese (small)
1 small (mini) mozzarella cheese ball
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
75g cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper for seasoning

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 180 degree C.

2. Peel the mushroom.

3. Chop finely garlic cloves, green olives, red olives, sundried tomato slices, sunblush cherry tomato slices, feta cheese cubes and mozzarella cheese ball.

4. Grate the cheddar cheese.

5. To make mushroom Stuffing: In a mixing ball, add all chopped ingredients, grated cheddar cheese, bread crumbs and mixed dried herbs. Mix well.

6. Stuff the flat mushroom with the stuffing and season with salt and pepper.

7. Bake the stuffed flat mushrooms in the preheated oven for 15-20 mins or until the stuffing is golden brown.

Serve stuffed flat mushrooms hot as a starter or side dish with any main course.
