Spicy Potatoes recipe is great a starter or a side dish.

Cooking Time:Appr. 40 Minutes
Serves: 3-4 People

Spicy Potatoes recipeIngredients:

4 large potatoes
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 teaspoon chilli powder or crushed red chilli
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon garlic-ginger paste
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Peel the potatoes and cut in small cubes.

2. Take potatoes in a large bowl and add spices, lemon juice, soya sauce, tomato ketchup and salt from above list. Marinade for 15 mins.

3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add marinated potatoes cubes. Cook it for about half an hour on slow flame heat. Keep stirring in between to avoid potatoes sticking to the pan.

4. Check one potato cube to make sure it is cooked or not. If it is not, keep for long until potatoes are cooked properly.

5. Finally turn off the heat.

Serve hot spicy fried potatoes as site side dish or a starter.
