Spicy Potatoes and Parsnips Mashed Recipe is mashed potatoes and parsnips with garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder.
Cooking Time: Appr. 25 Minutes
Serves: 5-6 People
1 kg potatoes
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Freshly crushed black pepper to taste
1. Peel the potatoes and parsnips. Boil until cooked and soft.
2. Add the butter to mash the potatoes and parsnips.
3. Add the milk and keep mashing it.
4. Add the garam masala powder, cumin powder and coriander powder. Keep mashing it.
5. Add the salt to taste and freshly crushed black pepper to taste and mash until it is smooth dough.
Serve spicy potatoes and parsnips mashed recipe as a side dish with main course.
