Spicy Meat Balls is easy meat ball recipe. You can make meatball with other meat like chicken, turkey, pork, etc…

Cooking Time: Appr. 30 Minutes
Serves: 3-4 People

Spicy Meat BallsIngredients:

400 gram mince lamb (kheema)
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 Chopped onion
4 chopped green chilies
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon dried mixed herbs
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Wash mince lamb and squeeze all water out. Add all ingredients stated above for making meat balls and mix it until all ingredients mix properly with mince lamb.

2. Now take walnut size in your fingers and make small balls from mince mix. Leave aside for at least half an hour.

3. Heat the oil in the frying pan and place all meat balls gently.

4. Cook meat balls on full flame until all released water disappears.

5. Now turn it over and cook meat balls for at least 10 mins on medium heat.

3. Preheat the oven on 220 degree Celsius.

4. Grease the baking tray and place all meat balls on the tray.

5. Cook meat balls for 25-30 mins.

Serve hot this spicy meat balls with tomato sauce and salad.
