Spiced Potato Wedges is a side dish and this spicy potato wedges recipe is easy to make.

Cooking Time: Appr. 40 Minutes
Serves: 4 People

Spiced Potato WedgesIngredients:

10 medium Potatoes
½ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon garlic-ginger paste
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoons garam masala
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Cut the potatoes in wedges.

2. Grease the baking tray and place potato wedges.

3. Mix salt, herbs, lemon juice, oil and crushed black pepper with potato wedges. Leave it aside for half an hour to marinate.

4. Take yogurt in a bowl. Add garlic-ginger paste, chilli powder and garam masala.

5. Now mix yogurt mixture with potato wedges and mix it properly until all potato wedges covered with spicy yogurt mix. Leave it aside for half an hour to marinade.

6. Preheat the oven to 220ºC

7. Bake the potato wedges for 30-40 mins. If you want crispy potato wedges, bake it for another 10-15 mins. It will add extra crunchiness to this baked potato wedges.

Serve this spiced potato wedges recipe as a side dish with dip.
