Sev Chaat is light and easy Indian snack recipe. Serve Sev Chaat recipe immediately as Sev will start getting soggy when it leaves too long with tomatoes. Sev is deep fried gram flour noodles. It is available in any Indian shop. It is normally used in Bombay Mix or any Chevda.

Making Time: Appr. 10 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Sev ChaatIngredients:

200 gram Sev (gram flour fried noodles)
2 large onions
2 large tomatoes
2 green chillies
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon chaat masala
Salt to taste (optional)

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the tomatoes, onions and chillies.

2. Take the Sev in large bowl and add chopped tomatoes, chopped onions and chopped green chillies.

3. Now add chaat masala and salt and mix it properly.

4. Finally add chopped coriander and mix it.

Serve Sev Chaat as a snack.
