This Sea Bream Recipe is one of the easiest and tastiest sea bream recipes. Basically it is baked sea bream recipe with vegetables.

Cooking Time: Appr. 30 Minutes
Serves: 3 People

3 whole sea bream fish (cleaned)
2 large potatoes
2 tomatoes
1 large onion
1 red pepper
1 lemon
3-4 green chillies
3-4 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger root
Olive oil for drizzling
Salt to taste

Sea Bream Recipe

Cooking Method:

1. Grind the green chillies, garlic cloves, ginger root (peeled) with lemon juice and salt and make coarse paste.

2. Peel the potatoes and cut in cubes or wedges. Boil with water for 5-10 mins.

3. Cut the read pepper in long strips, slice the onion and cut the tomatoes in wedges.

4. Give the cuts to sea bream fish and rub the spice paste over it, in the cavity and fill in the cuts with the spice paste.

5. Now mix the remaining spice paste with potatoes.

6. Place the potatoes in a large baking tray. Place the sea bream on the top of potatoes. Place the tomatoes wedges, onion slices and red pepper over it. Drizzle the olive oil over it.

7. Bake sea bream for 15-20 mins on 200 degree C temperature in pre-heated oven.

Serve the sea bream recipe along with baked vegetables as a main dish with bread rolls or without bread rolls.

Tip:
Make sure potatoes are at least half cooked when you boil them otherwise you have to cook longer in oven and sea bream will be over cooked.
