Peanut Chutney Recipe is a popular green chutney recipe (hari chutney recipe) and it is used as a dip for snacks and spread on sandwiches.
Making Time: Appr. 10-15 Minutes
Serves: 5-7 People
1 small bunch coriander (cilantro)
2 green chillies
2 garlic cloves
1 inch ginger
½ cup roasted peanuts
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste (appr. 1 teaspoon)
1. Wash the coriander properly and chop it. Squeeze the water out.
2. Peel the ginger and chop it.
3. Chop the green chillies and garlic cloves.
4. Grind all ingredients including sugar and salt and make smooth paste of this simple chutney recipe.
Serve peanuts chutney recipe with snacks or spread on sandwich.
Chutney can be refrigerated for 4-5 days.
