This Paneer Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe is cooked Indian stir fry style.

Paneer Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe


250g sprouting broccoli
300 gram paneer
1 green pepper (capsicum)
2 tablespoon oil
¼ teaspoon asafoetida
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 green chillies
½ teaspoon mustard seeds
1 spring of curry leaves
2 medium onions
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon nutmeg
Salt and pepper to taste

Paneer Broccoli Stir Fry Recipe

Cooking Method:

1. Cut the broccoli in medium pieces. Slice the onions and dice the pepper.

2. Chop the chillies finely.

3. Cut paneer in thin rectangle pieces. Heat the frying pan and cook all paneer pieces cook it both side until it golden brown (without oil).

4. Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan, then add the cumin seeds, sesame seeds and mustard seeds.

5. When seeds crackle, add asafoetida, chopped chillies and the curry leaves. Cook for a minute.

6. Then add the onion, broccoli and pepper. Stir and cook for another 3-5 mins.

7. Now add minced ginger and garlic. Cook for another 2-3 mins.

8. Add paneer, lemon juice, nutmeg powder, salt and pepper. Stir well and cook paneer broccoli stir fry recipe on a medium heat for 3-4 mins.
