Paneer Bhurji RecipeIngredients:

300 gram crumbled or grated Paneer (cottage cheese)
2 medium green peppers (capsicum) or mixed peppers
2 medium red onions
1 green chilli
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
4 medium tomatoes
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon chilli powder
½ teaspoon garam masala
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chopped coriander
Salt to taste

Paneer Bhurji Cooking Method:

1. To make paneer bhurji, chop the onions, green pepper (capsicum), green chilli,

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin seeds. When seeds crackle, add chopped onions and fry till it turn lightly brown.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste, chopped chilli and stir for a minute.

4. Then add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder and cook till tomatoes are cooked and turn mushy.

5. Now add chopped green peppers (capsicum) and cook for a few minutes.

6. Add crumbled or grated paneer and cook till everything gets blended well with the spices.

7. Finally turn off the heat and garnish paneer bhurji with coriander leaves.

Serve paneer bhurji recipe hot with chapatti or paratha.
