Mint Chutney is a dip for snacks and spread on sandwiches. Mint Chutney Recipe is also called pudina chutney recipe. This mint chutney also called coriander and mint chutney as it is included coriander leaves (cilantro) in it.
Making Time: Appr. 10 Minutes
Serves: 5-6 People
25 medium Mint leaves (pudina)
100 gram coriander (cilantro) leaves (appr. 1 cup)
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
2 tablespoon lemon juice
½ teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste (appr. 1 teaspoon)
1. Wash mint leaves and coriander properly and chop them. Squeeze the water out.
2. Peel the ginger and chop it.
3. Chop the green chillies.
4. Grind all ingredients including sugar and salt and make smooth paste.
Serve cilantro mint chutney with snacks or spread on sandwich.
Chutney can be refrigerated for 4-5 days.
