Masala Papad is a light snack recipe or a light starter. Serve Masala Poppadum immediately as poppadum will start getting soggy when it leaves long with tomatoes.

Cooking Time: App. 10 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Masala PapadIngredients:

4 Poppadum (Papad)
1 small onion
1 small tomato
1 green chilli
2 tablespoon chopped coriander
1 teaspoon chaat masala

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the tomatoes, onions and chillies.

2. Fry Poppadum or roast in frying pan without adding oil (Ready cooked poppadum also available in any supermarket).

3. Now sprinkle chopped onion, chopped tomato, chopped chilli and chopped coriander.

4. Finally sprinkle the chaat masala on the masala papad.

Serve Masala Papad as a snack or starter.
