Maru Bhajia Chutney is a cucumber tomato chutney which served with maru bhajia in Maru’s Bhajia House. Here is maru bhajia chutney recipe (Cucumber Tomato Relish). It’s simple to make and delicious in taste.

Serves: 6 People

Maru Bhajia Chutney Recipe


6 large ripe tomatoes (proper red)
1 cup grated cucumber
1 green chilli (add more, if you want extra hot)
1 large garlic clove
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar

Maru Bhajia Chutney Recipe

How To Make Maru Bhajia Chutney Recipe:

1. Grate the tomatoes.

2. Grate the chilli. Grate or crush the garlic clove.

3. Now mix everything together, grated tomatoes, grated cucumber, grated chilli, grated or crushed garlic, chopped coriander leaves, salt and sugar.

4. Mix well all ingredients together.

Serve maru bhajia chutney with hot maru bhajia (crispy potato bhajia or nylon potato bhajia).

Variation Tip:

You can add ½ cup grated carrots to maru bhajia chutney recipe (cucumber tomato relish).
