Ice Matcha Latte Recipe


A teaspoon of matcha powder
A quarter of a cup of warm (not hot) water
Two teaspoons of honey
Half a teaspoon of cinnamon or ginger
A quarter of a cup of fresh juice (it can be apple, orange, pineapple – whatever you enjoy the most)
A quarter of a cup of milk
A cup of ice cubes.


1. Prepare the matcha tea by mixing the powder with the warm water in a bowl until it is completely dissolved.

2. Mix the tea with honey, fresh juice and cinnamon or ginger.

3. Add in the milk and stir.

4. At the end, add the ice cubes and blend this combination in a blender until it is completely mixed and gets a smooth appearance.
