How to Make Indian Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:

400 gm Rice (You can go for Basmati Rice also)
1 – 2 onions, as desired
100 gm butter
1 gm Peppercorn to add taste
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
2 gm cinnamon
2 gm Bay leaf
1 teaspoon salt
1 – 2 tablespoons mild soy sauce, as desired

How to Make Indian Fried Rice Recipe – Cooking Method:

Wash the veggies with fresh hot water.

Wash and perfectly chop the onion and add the finely chopped up onion in the pan.

Cut the veggies very finely so that it will get cooked easily in short period of time.

Pour the ghee/oil in a large pan, heat it lightly.

Fry up until the onion become brownish. Then remove them from the pan and keep aside.

Add the washed rice as well as the spices in the hot pan.

To make it more zesty add red chilli paste.

Keep mixing. Fry for about 3 to 5 minutes till the rice appears glazed.

Add salt and boiling water one inch above the rice level.

Boil and cook till the water is almost absorbed.

Put into a very slow oven at 250 degree and then leave it for 20-25 minutes up until the rice gets cooked.

The recipe is so so easy. Only thing to perform is cut the vegetable finely. Including minced garlic is an optional ingredient to make your recipe tastier. Cook each ingredient separately (raw vegetables or meat, egg). Mix all the ingredients in the pan at the end for the final blending and flavoring.

Just enough to heat up the rice and blend all the ingredients collectively. And your delightful Indian Fried Rice is ready. You can serve it with some fried onions that you kept aside. Put the fried rice on a plate and serve quickly.
