This Grilled Sandwich is from left over curry (Aubergine and Potato Curry).

Cooking Time: Appr. 10 Minutes
Serves: 2 people

Grilled SandwichIngredients:

4 slices of bread
1 small bowl of dried curry
½ cup of grated cheese

Cooking Method:

1. Toast the breads in the toaster (Optional).

2. Grate the cheese.

3. Place curry on the bread (toast). Cover the Bread (toast) properly with curry.

4. Now place the grated cheese on the top of the curry evenly and cover with another bread (toast).

5. Grill this sandwich in the healthy grill or in the sandwich toaster.

Serve this Grilled Sandwich hot with chutney or cup of tea or coffee
