Garlic Mushrooms Recipe is mushrooms cooked in garlic with sundried tomatoes, green olives, Worcester sauce and vegetable stock.

Cooking Times: Appr. 45 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:

400g closed cup mushrooms
3-4 garlic cloves
1 red Scotch bonnet chilli pepper
50g sundried tomatoes
50g green olives
1 spring fresh rosemary
2 springs fresh thyme
1 cube vegetable stock
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ teaspoon paprika
1-2 teaspoon Worcester sauce
Freshly crushed black pepper

Garlic Mushrooms Recipe

Cooking Method:

1. Cut the mushrooms. Chop the chilli finely.

2. Remove the rosemary and thyme leaves from the spring and chop them finely.

3. Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.

4. Chop the sundried tomatoes and olives finely.

5. Deseed the red Scotch bonnet chilli pepper and chop it finely.

6. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the crushed garlic, stir for a minute.

7. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 mins on high heat.

8. Add the Worcester sauce. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.

9. Add chopped rosemary, thyme and red Scotch bonnet chilli pepper and paprika. Stir well. Cook for 3-4 mins.

10. Mash the vegetable stock in fingers and add it. Add the freshly crushed black pepper. Cook for 5 mins.

11. Add the chopped sundried tomatoes and green olives and cook the garlic mushrooms recipe for further one minute.

Serve garlic mushrooms recipe hot as a side dish with warm ciabatta or garlic bread.
