Easy Cream Of Tomato Soup Without Cream is made with fresh tomatoes and with milk to get creamy flavour in it.

1kg ripe tomatoes
2 tablespoon corn flour
1 tablespoon sugar
Freshly crushed black pepper
1 knorr vegetable stock tub
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cups whole milk
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Easy Cream Of Tomato Soup Without Cream

Cooking Method:

1. Boil the tomatoes, remove the skin and blend them until smooth. You can use sieve or calendar to get rid of seeds and other bits from the tomatoes.

2. Meanwhile bring the milk to boil and simmer for 20 mins.

3. Dissolve the corn flour in one cup water.

4. Heat the olive oil in a large pan. Add the dissolved corn flour and keep stirring until all lumps disappeared (you may need to add some water on the top).

5. Add the vegetable stock and little water. Stir until vegetables stock mix well the corn flour.

6. Add the pureed tomatoes to the pan and keep stirring. Simmer for 10 mins.

7. Add the boiled milk and sugar. Simmer for 5 mins.

8. Finally turn the heat off and season the easy cream of tomato soup with salt and freshly crushed black pepper.

Serve easy cream of tomato soup hot as a starter or main with some fresh bread rolls or baguettes.
