Curry Sauce For Chips is normally eat with fish and chips. UK fish and chips shops normally serves this curry sauce with chips.

Serves: 3-4 People

Curry Sauce For Chips

Ingredients:

1 onion
1 apple
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon tomato paste
½ teaspoon cumin powder
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Curry Sauce With Chips

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the onion. Peel the apple and chop it. Chop the garlic clove.

2. Heat the oil in a pan. Add the chopped onions, garlic and apple. Stir fry for 2 mins.

3. Add the curry powder and fry until onion transparent and apple tender.

4. Add the flour and cook for 2 mins.

5. Now add the water, tomato paste and lemon juice to taste.

6. Blend with the hand blender to make smooth liquid. If you are using food processor, wait until a little the mixture cool down to avoid burning.

7. Now simmer the curry sauce for chips for 15 mins.

Serve the curry sauce for chips with fish and chips.

Storing Tip:

You can refrigerate in an airtight container, once it cools off.
