Curry Leaves Chutney is made from curry leaves (kadi patta). Curry leaves are available in major supermarkets and Asian grocery stores in the UK. Curry Leaf has got its unique aroma fragrance and taste.

Preparing Time: Appr. 8 Minutes
Serves: 3-4 people

Curry Leaves Chutney


4 springs of curry leaves (kadi patta)
¼ cup chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
½ inch ginger
6-8 roasted peanuts
3 green chilies
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Curry Leaves Chutney Preparation Method:

1. Peel the ginger and chop it.

2. Chop the chillies.

3. Remove all curry leaves (kadi patta) from the spring.

4. Combine all ingredients from above list in to the blender or grinder. Add the some water and blend it to make smooth paste.

Serve curry leaves chutney with farali recipes or anything you like.
