  1. I tried following exactly your steps and guess what the chicken tikka masala curry was amazing and all my family members loved it. I’ll try your other curries too. Thank you very much for this recipe.

  2. This looks like a great authentic recipe! i am making a curry for my daughters birthday at the weekend and we like lots of sauce/gravy to dip our naan into.
I just cant see how you got so much sauce (picture shown) with the ingrediants you have given for the masala sauce

    • Thanks Anne for the comment. If you want lots gravy, add 2 extra finely chopped onions and half cup tomato puree. You can increase garlic- ginger paste as well and spices too. But it is up to you. Add some water and cook for 3-4 mins on high until gravy looks thicker then add yogurt following above steps. Please note above recipe only for 2 people. You have to increase the quantity according to numbers of your diners.

I add some water as well in chicken tikka masala curry and the way I have presented it is I placed gravy in the bowl and then add chicken pieces and garnish with chopped coriander. Method is same as above but me and family like bit thinner gravy. Some time I use tinned tomatoes instead of fresh one and I tastes better with tinned tomatoes.

      I hope this helps.

Please let me know how it turns out. Thanks again.
