Chicken Manchurian Gravy is a Chinese recipe with a twist of Indian style. Chicken Manchurian is cooked in two ways, dry or with gravy. If you like gravy, then enjoy this Chicken Manchurian Gravy.

Cooking Time: App. 25 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Chicken Manchurian GravyIngredients:

250 gram chicken breast cut in small pieces
2 tablespoon plain flour
½ teaspoon mixed herb (dried)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon garlic paste
½ teaspoon ginger paste
½ teaspoon black pepper powder (crushed)
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

For Gravy:

1 bunch of spring onion
1 green pepper (capsicum)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon corn flour
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
Water as needed

Cooking Method:

1. Take the chicken in one bowl; add plain flour, mixed herb, soya sauce, garlic paste, ginger paste, crushed black pepper powder, lemon juice, salt and Mix it properly.

Chicken Manchurian In Gravy2. Heat the 1 tablespoon oil in the pan, then add chicken and cook it for 10 mins until the chicken is cooked properly. See this picture. If you like crunchy chicken, cook it for few more extra mins.

3. Cut the spring onion, diced pepper and Garlic cloves in small pieces. Fill the water in one cup, add corn flour and mix thoroughly.

4. Heat the oil in pan. Add spring onion cook it for 2 mins. Now add soya sauce, salt and cook it for 2 mins. Now add garlic and Green Peppers (capsicum) and cook it for another 2 mins.

5. Now add the corn flour mixer and half cup of water. Cook until the corn flour turns into a transparent gravy (It will take around 5-8 mins).

6. Add all chicken pieces and cook it for 3-4 mins. Finally turn the heat off.

Serve Chicken Manchurian Gravy hot as a starter or main dish.
