Chicken Bites is very easy starter and delicious recipe. Chicken Bites Recipe only takes 15-20 mins to make.

Cooking Time: App. 20 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Chicken BitesIngredients:

250 gram Chicken breast cut in small pieces.
1 tablespoon oil
2 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 teaspoon ginger paste
2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Take the chicken pieces in a bowl, add lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste and mix it properly and leave it for 5 mins (you can leave it for 2 hours, if you are not in rush. It will get nicely marinated).

2. Heat the oil in the frying pan; once the oil heated, add the marinated chicken pieces. Stir it and Leave it for cooking until it is cooked one side (bottom).

3. Turn upside down, once it gets crunchy one side (bottom). Leave it for cooking another 4-5 mins.

4. Serve in the plate and garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle lemon juice.

Serve hot with any chutney or tomato ketchup or mayo or as it is.
