Salads are easy to do. You can do one in just a matter of minutes. The good thing about salad is that this delicious food is the go-to choice of health-conscious individuals.

Black Bean Salad Recipe

Ingredients:

• One and a half cooked black beans
• One half cup of parsley
• One avocado
• One tablespoon of fresh lime juice
• A teaspoon of vegetable oil
• A red onion
• A teaspoon of ground coriander
• A tablespoon of honey
• Lime water

Cooking Method:

1. Chop the avocado into cubes. Roughly chop the parsley.

2. Cut the onion into thin strips.

3. Cook the black beans until they are tender.

4. Mix the cooked black beans, cilantro in a bowl.

5. In a separate bowl, place the lime water and lime extract, vegetable, coriander and honey. Mix well until homogenous.
Mix the two together.

6. Add salt and pepper if you like.

You can eat this salad with toasted bread or a banana. Enjoy!
