This is simple Banana Milk Recipe is made with blending banana with milk. Banana flavoured milk is healthy milk as it is one of 5 a day.

Banana Milk Preparation Time: Appr. 15 Minutes
Serves: 2 People (2 Glasses)

Ingredients:

2½ glasses milk
2 tablespoon sugar
2 ripe bananas

Preparation Method:

1. Boil the milk in a pan. Boil for 10mins and keep stirring. Boil on slow heat as on high heat milk will rise and start over flowing from the pan. Milk will be a bit thicker after 10-15 boiling it. Let it cool down.

2. Remove the skin from the banana and chop it.

3. To make banana milk, add the sugar and chopped banana to the milk and blend to make smooth liquid in a blender or liquidiser.

Serve as it is banana milk or chilled banana milk drink.
