Baked Spicy Chick Peas is masala roasted chickpeas (Baked spicy chickpeas).

Cooking Time: Appr. 40 Minutes
Serves: 2 People

Baked Spicy Chick Peas

Ingredients:

2 tinned chickpeas
2 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon chat masala
½ teaspoon garam masala powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
½ teaspoon turmeric powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste

Baked Spicy Chick Peas

Cooking Method:

1. Preheat the oven at 220 degree C.

2. Wash and rinse the chickpeas.

3. Mix everything together in a mixing bowl and mix until all chickpeas coated with the spice evenly.

4. Place the baking sheet or kitchen foil in a baling tray.

5. Place all coated chickpeas evenly on the tray.

7. Bake for 17-20 mins and toss them with the help of wooden spoon.

8. Bake spicy chickpeas further 17-20 mins or util they are crunchy.

9. Store the spicy baked chickpeas in an airtight container once it cools off

Serve baked spicy chick peas as a snack or starter with drinks.

Variation Tips:

To make baked spicy chick peas chaat, add some chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, chopped fresh coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, lemon juice etc… and mix well baked spicy chick peas before serving the baked spicy chick peas chat.
