Avocado Chutney (Avocado Dip) is normally used as a dip for the snacks. This avocado chutney recipe is similar to guacamole dip recipe.

Cooking Time: Appr. 15 Minutes
Serves: 4-5 People

Avocado Chutney (Avocado Dip)Ingredients:

1 medium Avocado
3 red chillies or Green Chillies
1 garlic clove (optional)
½ cup chopped coriander leaves
2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
¼ inch ginger (optional)
6-8 cashew nuts
2 tablespoon olive oil
Water for boiling avocado
Salt to taste

Cooking Method:

1. Remove the skin and the stone of avocado and cut in small pieces.

2. Boil the avocado pieces with water for 6-8 mins.

3. Peel the ginger and chop it. Chop garlic clove and chilli.

4. Grind boil avocado pieces, chopped chillies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped coriander, cashew nuts, olive oil, lemon juice and salt in a grinder and make smooth paste of avocado chutney (homemade guacamole recipe).

Serve easy avocado dip with any crisp, crackers or chips.
